I work with all types of clients. Many have been Previously represented by public defenders but prefer to pay my reasonable rates and receive timely updates on case progress. I have worked with clients charged with burglary, sex offenses, DUI, traffic violations, fraud, shoplifting, and financial transaction card fraud. My ideal clients are those who work closely with my investigator and me to build the best case possible

Specific experience

 

 

A client with a ten-count indictment of sexual molestation had all charges dismissed.

 

A client arrested on rape charges had charges dismissed by the grand jury.

 

A client with a charge of driving with a suspended license had charge dismissed following a necessity defense.

 

I enjoy working on all types of criminal felony and misdemeanor cases. I particularly like the difficult ones like sex offenses and DUI.

 

I have worked as a special education teacher in the area of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. I have an understanding of the legal implications of such disorders and how to work with clients suffering with these disorders.

 

My in-house investigator, who used to work for the public defender's offices in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit and the Conasauga Judicial Circuit, helps provide me with evidence that often results in charges being dismissed and that always results in through trial preparation.

 

If a matter requires a plea, I present the Defendant as a human being. In a recent case involving usually mandatory prison time for financial transaction card fraud my client received a 100% probated sentence.

 

I cannot guarantee any particular outcome, but I can guarantee vigorous representation.
